My Experience & Results With Fit For Golf

I love working out and playing high-level golf, but I’ve struggled at times to find the right routine. Over the past decade I’ve done a bit of everything—half-marathons, group fitness classes, pure strength cycles, and endless cardio. But my best progress came in 2024–2025 when I shifted to 2–3 strength days per week and GolfForever on the other days.
